Job Description

What will you do?

1. Execute procurement activities as per T-Hub’s procurement policy, including raising requests, vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).

2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

3. Track order deliveries, verify invoices, and liaise with the Finance team for payment processing.

4. Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor database, and ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards.

5. Support in preparing procurement reports, tracking PO lifecycle, and collecting structured feedback from users post-delivery.

6. Manage inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and consumables, including tracking stock levels, issuance, and timely replenishment.

7. Oversee asset movement, documentation, and support implementation of asset tracking tools and internal audits.


Expected Deliverables

1. Develop a strong understanding of T-Hub’s procurement policies, tools, and vendor ecosystem, and independently manage end-to-end procurement for routine categories, ensuring timely closure of ≥ 95% of assigned requests.

2. Maintain 100% compliance with documentation and internal controls, support audit and reporting requirements, and contribute to vendor and purchase data management using prescribed tools and formats.

3. Oversee inventory of supplies and consumables, ensure timely replenishment, and support asset tagging, movement tracking, and periodic physical verification with ≥ 98% stock accuracy.

4. Act as a responsive coordinator for internal procurement needs, gather stakeholder feedback regularly, and propose at least two actionable process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.


Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

- Any certification or coursework in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is a plus.

Work Experience

- 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations within a mid to large-sized organization.

- Proven track record in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and inventory tracking.

- Exposure to administrative functions such as managing office supplies, consumables, and asset tagging.


Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle and inventory control practices.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software such as Zoho or SAP.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Organized, dependable, and detail-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
