What will you do?

  • Day-to-Day Accounting

    : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
  • Reconciliations & Closures

    : Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Taxation & Compliance

    : Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  • Financial Reporting

    : Support the finance team in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.
  • Coordination & Support

    : Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain financial documentation and support other finance-related tasks as assigned.

    : Develop the ability to complete financial tasks efficiently and accurately. Contribute to faster financial reporting and reconciliation cycles.

    : Identify areas in accounting operations that can be streamlined or improved and propose practical solutions.
  • Proactive Ownership

    : Take initiative in financial operations and contribute actively to improving internal processes and controls.


Requirements:

  1. Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
  2. Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and support during audits.
  3. Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
  5. Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.

Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and ownership.
