What Will You Do?

1. Drive revenue through CSR partnerships aligned with T-Hub’s innovation, skilling, and impact-driven programs.
2. Build and manage relationships with CSR heads, ESG teams, and corporate foundations.
3. Develop tailored proposals that align with CSR mandates and position T-Hub as an impact-focused partner.
4. Lead outreach efforts, represent T-Hub at CSR forums/events, and manage proposal pitching.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for program delivery, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Development, or Engineering (required)
• Master’s in MBA, MSW, Public Policy, or Development Management (preferred)

Experience

• 5-8 years in CSR partnerships, fundraising, institutional sales, or social impact roles
• Experience in proposal development, donor engagement, or program delivery is essential

• Sectors: CSR, ESG, Social Impact, Innovation Ecosystems, Education/Skilling, Non-Profit, Public-Private Partnerships
• Organizations: Sattva, Samhita, CSRBox, Tata Trusts, HCL Foundation, Social Alpha, NSRCEL, Aavishkaar, Wadhwani Foundation, Corporate CSR teams (e.g., Wipro, ITC, Microsoft)
