YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance middle market companies and private equity investors

• Analyze historic and current financial information. Summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets etc

• Preparing Excel data books and analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, Liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc

• Preparation of due diligence reports highlighting key findings and presenting summary analysis

• Coordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and India

• Creating strong relationships with clients and Target management

• Identify deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

• Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified CA or MBA/PGDM in Finance from prestigious Business school
• 2-4 Years of experience in Financial due diligence & advanced skills in MS Excel
• Excellent accounting knowledge and strong understanding of financial statements
• Ability to work independently and attention to details
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English
• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Data Analytics knowledge
• Should be able to communicate with clients on the phone and email
