Drive project sales (70%) and retail sales (30%) for Tekbond Sealants in the assigned region.
Develop business in the following customer segments:-Windows & Doors-Fenestration and Faade Systems-Glass & Mirror Applications-ACP Panel InstallationsIdentify and onboard new distributors and strengthen the existing distribution network.Achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets for Tekbond products.Conduct product trials, promotional meets, and participate in relevant trade exhibitions to increase brand visibility.Resolve customer queries related to product specifications, pricing, and commercial aspects.Guide, mentor, and manage the performance of field sales team members within the assigned territory.
