Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Rewa. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage agency operations, recruit and develop agency partners, and drive sales performance. Responsibilities include setting strategic goals, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, with a strong ability to achieve targets and drive growth.
• Team Management and Leadership skills, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of agents or partners.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking and Analytical skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and drive effective decision-making.
• Understanding of insurance products and regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
