Role Overview: The Assistant Sales Manager - Online (In-House Team) will lead and motivate a team of tele sales executives to achieve monthly subscription and demo targets for Visibeen. The role demands strong communication, conversion, and leadership skills — focusing on driving revenue, improving closing ratios, and ensuring client satisfaction during onboarding. Key Responsibilities:1. Team Management & Training Supervise and guide the in-house online sales team (5–10 members). Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and call quality audits. Train new recruits on product knowledge, sales scripts, and objection handling. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and motivation across the sales floor. 2. Sales Execution Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets. Support team members during high-value or difficult closures. Handle escalated leads and ensure smooth client conversion. Maintain lead tracking and reporting via CRM 3. Performance Monitoring Track call metrics (calls made, demos booked, conversions, renewals). Identify low-performing team members and conduct improvement sessions. Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Sales Manager. 4. Process Optimization Work with marketing and CRM teams to improve lead flow and data accuracy. Suggest script improvements and better pitch frameworks. Ensure proper follow-ups, lead tagging, and feedback loops in CRM. 5. Client Handling Ensure the tele team explains Visibeen’s value clearly — focusing on ROI and visibility growth. Support in resolving pre-sale or early onboarding issues. Role Overview: The Assistant Sales Manager – Field Sales will be responsible for managing on-ground client acquisition, conducting product demos, closing deals, and supervising a small team of field executives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who understands digital marketing, local business needs, and SaaS-based solutions. Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition Visit potential clients (local businesses, franchises, agencies) to demonstrate Visibeen’s product value. Conduct on-site product demos and explain ROI benefits.
