Job Title: Sales Manager – Field Sales

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: On-site (Chandigarh / Mohali / Punjab Region)

Role Overview:

The Assistant Sales Manager – Field Sales will be responsible for managing on-ground client acquisition, conducting product demos, closing deals, and supervising a small team of field executives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional who understands digital marketing, local business needs, and SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Visit potential clients (local businesses, franchises, agencies) to demonstrate Visibeen’s product value.
  • Conduct on-site product demos and explain ROI benefits.
  • Identify high-potential business categories and close subscriptions.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and activation targets through personal and team efforts.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise and motivate field sales executives.
  • Plan daily field routes, assign leads, and review team performance.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and performance tracking.
  • Support team members in high-value or difficult closures.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses understand local SEO growth.
  • Coordinate with the in-house tele team for lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.

4. Reporting & Operations

  • Track daily visits, demo count, and conversions in CRM.
  • Prepare weekly performance and pipeline reports.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and onboarding of new clients.

5. Brand & Market Development

  • Participate in local business networking events and community meets.
  • Gather market feedback and suggest improvements in product pitch.
  • Represent Visibeen professionally and consistently in all field activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B tech.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with daily travel and client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
