Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and manage our direct sales team. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or SaaS sales, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Performance

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for each team member.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and joint sales calls.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, and conversion ratios.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement direct sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Drive lead generation, pitch optimization, and on-ground sales closures.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline development and CRM reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead follow-ups and offers.

3. Target Achievement

  • Take ownership of monthly team revenue and conversion goals.
  • Track individual and team KPIs through dashboards and daily reports.
  • Design incentive plans and reward systems to boost performance.

4. Client Handling & Market Feedback

  • Participate in key client meetings to support team members.
  • Collect market insights, competitor activity, and feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding/support teams after sale closure.

5. Reporting & Process Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and activity logs.
  • Submit weekly reports to management on performance and forecast.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines.

Desired Profile:

  • 3–7 years of experience in direct/B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, fintech, or telecom.
  • Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience (5–15 members).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and closing skills.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
