Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff, collaborating with other departments, and participating in business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales strategies, and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in market research
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
