Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger posting, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Coordinate with auditors and support in audits and internal controls
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support financial analysis for new projects and land acquisitions

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com/M.Com or MBA in Finance/Accounting
• 3–6 years of accounting experience (experience in agriculture, real estate, or start-up sectors a plus)
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
