Job Description

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute the 360-degree marketing strategy across all projects. This role demands a creative yet analytical leader with real estate industry experience and a flair for brand building, media strategy, and digital excellence. Experience in an advertising or creative agency is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects
  • Craft brand narratives and positioning strategies for premium, differentiated projects
  • Plan annual marketing budgets and align campaigns with business goals

Media Buying & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and manage media buying across offline and digital platforms (TV, OOH, Print, Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Negotiate with media vendors to optimize ROI and reach
  • Manage high-impact campaign rollouts from concept to execution

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Oversee digital strategy, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and retargeting
  • Supervise daily execution across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with content teams/agencies for high-quality creatives and storytelling

Project Launches & Planning

  • Lead GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new project launches
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and leadership teams for seamless execution
  • Drive lead generation, site visit planning, and post-campaign performance reviews

Content & Communication

  • Supervise content strategy for websites, brochures, emailers, video scripts, and walkthroughs
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and campaign objectivesQualifications & Requirements:
  • 6–7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in real estate marketing (mandatory)
  • Background in advertising or creative agency preferred
  • Proven track record of managing ATL, BTL & digital campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, content development, branding, and digital tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills. Knowledge of local language is required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
