Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic
• Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging content and ad creatives
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility
• Manage social media channels and content calendars
• Track KPIs and recommend strategies for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithms, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or media background preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media ads, and content strategy
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
