Digital Marketing Specialist

Aveda Ayur is looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Mohali. If you're passionate about Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and performance marketing — and you know how to drive ROI through data-driven campaigns — we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance — focusing on CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements for maximum efficiency.

Create ad copy and collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visuals.

A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and platform updates.

Align campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategy.

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven experience in PPC advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads).

Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.

Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, audience targeting, and remarketing.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications

Experience with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Unbounce)

Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
