Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Bhubaneswar, with some work from home being acceptable. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media marketing, utilizing web analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, and developing online marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement. Effective communication is essential for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Web Analytics
• Skills in Online Marketing strategies development
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, both in-office and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience with content creation and SEO is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
