We are hiring B2B Sales Executives across key cities in Odisha to drive business expansion, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Role Overview

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This is a field-oriented role with a mix of client visits, business presentations, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive 

    B2B sales

     across software, websites, digital marketing, and branding services.
  • Identify new clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business partners.
  • Manage sales in your assigned city as well as nearby territories.
  • Handle 

    client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations

    .
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly 

    sales and revenue targets

    .
  • Ensure 

    client satisfaction

     through effective account management and issue resolution.
  • Conduct 

    field visits

     for prospecting, lead nurturing, and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate and updated sales records in 

    CRM systems

    .
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • GRADUATE OR MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Development)

     with minimum 

    1 year of experience in B2B sales

    .
  • Proven track record in 

    software, digital marketing, or IT sales

     preferred.
  • Strong 

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling field sales independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and territories effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
