Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive client engagement, and generate leads. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of digital trends—especially in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and grow the clinic’s social media presence
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and stories for social media
• Design promotional graphics, banners, and email campaigns (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Shoot, edit, and publish short promotional and testimonial videos
• Monitor SEO and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and ROI
• Coordinate with internal teams (doctors, therapists) to create marketing content
• Respond to online inquiries and maintain strong community engagement
• Stay updated with digital trends in the beauty and healthcare space

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (clinic or beauty industry preferred)
• Proven experience in social media marketing and lead generation
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editors)
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic marketing
• Photography or basic videography skills
