Position : Agronomist (Fresher to 1 Year Experience) – 4 Positions Location: Farmland locations in and around Bengaluru & across Karnataka Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome) Qualification: B.Sc. We're looking for passionate and driven Agronomists to work hands-on at our farm locations across Karnataka. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing crop cycles and agronomic practices Monitor soil, water, and crop health on the field Support pest and disease management with proper documentation Guide field staff and local farmers on scientific practices and best techniques Maintain field-level records, reports, and growth data Coordinate with senior agronomists and farm management team Ensure timely inputs (seeds, fertilizers, etc.) and oversee farm operations Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field 0–1 year of work experience (internships or field exposure will be an advantage) Willingness to be stationed at farmland locations across Karnataka Good communication skills in Kannada and English Enthusiastic about sustainable farming, soil health, and rural engagement Physically fit and adaptable to on-field conditions What We Offer Field-level exposure to large-scale sustainable farming projects Hands-on mentorship from experienced agronomists Opportunity to grow within a rapidly scaling agri-enterprise Accommodation and travel allowances (where applicable) Apply Now Send your CV to hr@hasirufarms.com with the subject "Application – Agronomist " Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹43,984.73 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 30/06/2025
