Position : Finance Manager Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1–2 years in a managerial finance role Qualification: MBA in Finance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a managerial finance position , with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategic financial decisions. An MBA in Finance is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies Support the leadership team with financial modeling and decision-making What We're Looking For: MBA in Finance (preferred) or equivalent qualification 1–2 years of experience in a finance Managerial role Strong command over financial tools, MS Excel, and accounting software Excellent understanding of financial statements and corporate finance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead small teams Why Join Us?
