About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a managerial finance position, with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategic financial decisions. An MBA in Finance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support the leadership team with financial modeling and decision-making

What We're Looking For:

• MBA in Finance (preferred) or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance Managerial role
• Strong command over financial tools, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and corporate finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams
