The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the daily financial activities of the head office, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in corporate finance or accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the head office operations.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring budgetary performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems, controls, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and cost control.
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and government bodies as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s or CA/ICWA Inter preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Strong understanding of Indian financial laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Experience in the EPC industry is a plus
