Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training and development programs. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies, maintaining HR records, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution, performance appraisals, and strategic workforce planning to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
5+ years experience in HR, preferably as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive
Knowledge of Employee Engagement, Training, and Development Strategies
Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, and Communication
Understanding of Labor Law Compliance, HR Policies, and Organizational Regulations
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to evaluate HR metrics
Proficiency with HR Management Systems (HRMS) and other related software
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in the EPC or construction industry is an advantage
