Senior Marketing Manager

Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, support business development, and drive growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, who can handle everything from tender support to digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities through tenders, frameworks, and direct contracts.

• Prepare and support bid submissions, proposals, and presentations.

• Manage digital marketing including SEO, paid ads, social media, and website updates.

• Create and design brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Track competitor activity and prepare market intelligence reports.

• Build and manage databases of clients and leads.

*

• Oversee CRM management, lead tracking, and reporting dashboards.

• Generate and manage private client enquiries via online campaigns.

*

• Support in awards, accreditations, and recognition submissions.

• Align marketing activities with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Person Specification Essential

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and digital campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
• Creative, analytical, and target-driven mindset.
• Desirable
• Experience with tendering processes, bid writing, or contract marketing.
• Knowledge of international markets (especially UK health & social care) is a plus.
• Strong skills in CRM tools, analytics, and marketing automation.
