We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the CIB Marketing (India) team .
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to drive our marketing initiatives within Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB). This role is pivotal in boosting revenue growth, enhancing client engagement, and solidifying the bank s presence among our Mid-Market segment as well as multinational Corporates and Institutions. Collaborating closely with other CIB Marketing teams (both globally and locally) as well as key business, coverage and strategy teams, you will execute marketing strategies that open new business avenues and accelerate client decision-making across regions.
The role holder will act as the interconnect between global campaigns, creative development, platforms and systems, to ensure local campaigns are delivering a best-in-class performance and are supporting global objectives.
They will work directly with the local Business leads to activate campaigns driven by either global Business Marketing / Client Sector teams, or locally with the product / coverage teams, showing up to discuss campaign targets and intended outcomes directly with the stakeholders.
Develop local media plans which connect with group and support local and global business and client marketing objectives. Drive media optimisation and strong ROI
Maintain relationships with local agency partners to negotiate strong agreements and maintain high quality of service
Serve as POC for the global content and campaigns teams to identify potential content pieces which would supplement a regional runway and ensure we are always on in markets in partnership with the Business / Client leads in region
Activate the global awards strategy in partnership with the group team
Develop and implement local direct-to-client marketing campaigns to achieve CIB business goals and objectives
Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic events, including planning, creative and content development, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, logistics, and post-event analysis
Leverage and add to event toolkits (templates, playbooks, guidelines, content packs) to ensure consistent execution of events, and for virtual/digital events
Interlock developments in the Global MarTech platforms (marketing automation, email, analytics etc) to ensure running the latest systems possible
Drive PWS local strategies and runways to ensure content is up to date and driving outcomes
Provide systems support and guidance to the Business Marketing teams looking to drive campaigns through our platforms
Support the marketing strategy for key segments of growth innovation banking, mid-market, multinational corporates and institutions, aligning with commercial objectives.
Develop marketing programs that support deal origination and client acquisition.
Track and analyse performance metrics for all activity, against the activity objectives.
Utilise data insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.
Advocate for insight for marketing and go-to-market activities
Influence and work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts with the client/customer at the heart of decisions.
Promote Agile Principles and foster a collaborative working environment that reflects HSBC s values.
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services.
Proven ability to translate client and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills within global, matrixed organizations.
Bachelor s degree required
