RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customers Relation Management:
· Recording sales orders in the system based on customer’s orders.
· Coordination with warehouse team for pick instructions and assembly building / unbuilding.
· Preparing three sets of sales documents and seeking Finance Manager’s approval for the same.
· Receiving proof of deliveries and maintaining files for future reference.
· Tracking, preparing, and arranging shipping documents for online orders and managing orders cancelation (if any)
Procurement:
· Preparation of orders planning sheet and seeking necessary approvals to raise purchase orders.
Cash & Bank Management:
· Recording customer payment and applying the payments.
Accounts Receivable Management:
· Emailing customer statement of accounts on every 10th and 25th of the month.
· Preparation of Accounts Receivable report.
Inventory Management:
· Preparing the list of inventories at Job work Location.
MIS Reporting:
· Assisting in preparation of monthly MIS reports.
Knowledge of TDS & GST Filling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
