Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accounting Executive – Finance & Operations Job Overview: We are hiring a Senior Accounting Executive with strong experience in both finance and operations, preferably in a trading or manufacturing company. If you’ve only worked in the service industry, this role is not for you. This is a hands-on role involving day-to-day accounting, compliance, coordination with other departments (like inventory and dispatch), and ensuring timely reporting. Key Responsibilities:Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. Prepare and present accurate financial reports. Manage GST, TDS, and income tax compliance and filings. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning. Coordinate with internal and external teams for audits. Work closely with inventory, purchase, and dispatch teams for operational alignment. Improve systems and processes for efficiency. Support the accounts team and report directly to management. Requirements:Age: 25+ years Experience: 5+ years in accounting + exposure to operations Background: Must have worked in a trading or manufacturing company Knowledge: Finance, commercials, inventory, and operational flow Skills: Tally, ERP (Odoo or similar) Advanced Excel Strong coordination & communication Planning, prioritizing, and organizing
