Job Description

About the Role: You will be the critical link between our customers, service engineers, and logistics team to ensure smooth resolution of all service requests for our gold testing machines & laser machines. Get the opportunity to work with 5,000+HNI established clients. Platform to learn, grow & innovate. Use advanced tools and World’s best Service management software. Job Duties Key Responsibilities: Receive, classify and assign service tickets (breakdowns, installations, training) Coordinate between customers, technicians and spare parts logistics Track service requests to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Requirements: Fluent in English and Hindi (other Indian languages a plus) Any degree (technical background preferred) Basic CRM and Excel skills (Odoo/Zoho experience beneficial) Organized, patient, and able to work under pressure Freshers with relevant internship experience may apply
