Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a SEO Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to contribute to the client’s organic footprints, visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings. With a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SEO, you will play a crucial role in driving online growth and maximizing digital presence for your clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to optimize client’s websites for search engines. This includes conducting keyword research, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities for organic traffic growth. On-page and off-page optimization: Perform on-page optimization tasks such as optimizing website content, meta tags, URLs, structured data and internal linking structure. Conduct off-page optimization activities such as link building, social media engagement, and content promotion to improve website authority and visibility. Technical SEO analysis: Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may affect website performance, crawlability, and indexability. Ensure website compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices. Content optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for relevant keywords and user intent. Ensure content is engaging, informative, and aligned with SEO objectives. Monitor and analyze website performance: Use various SEO tools and analytics platforms to track website performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Generate insightful reports and provide recommendations for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Apply new techniques and strategies to continuously improve search engine rankings and website visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, web development, and content teams to ensure SEO strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives. Provide guidance and support to junior SEO team members. SEO performance tracking: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO initiatives. Identify areas of improvement, propose actionable solutions, and drive continuous optimization efforts. Monitoring and Reporting : Monitoring client’s SEO progress over time and prepare elaborative monthly reports. Develop know-how of working with the latest AI tools and platforms to bring intelligent driven insights into analysing, monitoring, predictive trend analysis in SEO. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc. Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Good reporting and presentation skills.
