Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Brand Specialist. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing branding initiatives, and overseeing brand communication. The job involves working closely with the sales team to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. The role also includes monitoring market trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive. Qualifications Brand Strategy and Branding skills Strong Communication and Brand Management skills Experience with Canva or an equivalent graphic design software Experience with Social Media campaigns for lead generation Experience with managing no-code websites Sales experience and ability to work collaboratively with sales teams Excellent organizational and project management abilities Ability to analyze market trends and competitors Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
