Search Engine Optimization Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Executive to join our team full-time at our Rajouri Garden office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO

• Conduct detailed keyword research (short-tail & long-tail)
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking
• Improve site structure, content relevance, and user experience
• Work closely with content and design teams for SEO-friendly pages

Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies
• Handle outreach, guest posting, citations, and brand mentions
• Monitor backlink quality and disavow toxic links if required

Technical SEO

• Identify and fix technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, schema, etc.)
• Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
• Perform regular SEO audits and competitor analysis

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions
• Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights and action plans

Strategy & Growth

• Develop long-term SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
• Suggest improvements to increase organic visibility and lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with tools like:

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest / Screaming Frog

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS basics, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into action
• Strong communication and coordination skills
