Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an ECommerce Specialist located in Delhi. The ECommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across various online marketplaces. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, overseeing inventory updates, implementing effective pricing strategies, and executing promotional campaigns. Additionally, the role involves conducting data-driven analysis to improve sales conversions and ensuring the seamless user experience of the eCommerce platform.

Qualifications

• Expertise in eCommerce management, including product listing, pricing, and inventory management
• Experience in online marketing, promotional strategy, and analytics to optimize sales performance
• Proven track record of significantly increasing the sales while managing the bottom-line.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and an ability to work with website content management systems
• Knowledge of customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with skincare or beauty industry trends is considered an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
