About the Role:

hybrid Business Analyst and Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

Work with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business and product requirements
Convert high-level product ideas into user stories, wireframes, and detailed acceptance criteria
Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and stakeholder input
Continuously refine and maintain the product backlog
Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve functionality

Scrum Master Duties:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Ensure agile best practices are followed across the team
Remove blockers and enable smooth sprint execution
Coordinate across design, development, QA, and leadership for delivery alignment
Track and report on sprint progress, deliverables, and team velocity

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in business analysis and agile project delivery
Experience working in
early-stage or fast-paced startup environments
Strong experience in writing user stories, process flows, and product documentation
Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint execution
Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Background in SaaS or HRTech platforms
Understanding of ATS, recruitment workflows, or HR systems
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
