About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted connector between HireWing and hiring teams in your network. You’ll introduce HR leaders, recruiters, and decision-makers to the platform and earn competitive commissions for every client that comes onboard through your referrals.

This is a referral-based role with full flexibility; ideal for agency recruiters, HR consultants, or anyone with strong ties in the hiring ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Share HireWing with your HR and recruiting network
• Show hiring teams how AI-driven matching and bias-free hiring can transform their process
• Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding
• Provide valuable feedback to help refine our platform
• Work independently and earn based on successful referrals

Preferred Background & Experience

We’re especially looking for partners with:

• SaaS / HRTech / Recruitment Tech sales background – Experience selling ATS, HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, or SaaS tools to HR leaders, founders, or staffing firms.
• Mid-market / SMB hunter profile – Skilled at selling to small & mid-sized businesses, staffing agencies, recruitment consultants, and startups.
• Experience at SaaS startups like Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Recooty, Zimyo, Razorpay (SMB sales teams).
• Already sold successfully to HR Heads, TA teams, or Recruitment Agencies.
