Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven Outbound Sales Specialist with a background in selling SaaS products like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment solutions. This role is focused on lead generation, outreach, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. You'll work directly with the leadership team to scale HireWing’s customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, cold outreach, and email campaigns
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and nurture relationships
  • Understand customer pain points and position HireWing as the ideal solution
  • Book discovery/demo calls and hand off qualified leads to senior sales or leadership
  • Collaborate on outbound strategies, campaigns, and messaging


Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales of ATS, HRTech, or recruitment services
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Ability to write compelling outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and presentation skills


Nice to Have:

  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Exposure to the recruitment/staffing domain
