You will be the central point connecting product vision, user needs, and agile delivery. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business and product requirements Convert high-level product ideas into user stories, wireframes, and detailed acceptance criteria Prioritize features based on business value, feasibility, and stakeholder input Continuously refine and maintain the product backlog Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve functionality Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Ensure agile best practices are followed across the team Remove blockers and enable smooth sprint execution Coordinate across design, development, QA, and leadership for delivery alignment Track and report on sprint progress, deliverables, and team velocity Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in business analysis and agile project delivery Experience working in early-stage or fast-paced startup environments Strong experience in writing user stories, process flows, and product documentation Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint execution Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Background in SaaS or HRTech platforms Understanding of ATS, recruitment workflows, or HR systems Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification
About the Role: We are seeking a driven Outbound Sales Specialist with a background in selling SaaS products like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment solutions. This role is focused on lead generation, outreach, and converting prospects into qualified opportunities. You'll work directly with the leadership team to scale HireWing’s customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers through LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, cold outreach, and email campaigns Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and nurture relationships Understand customer pain points and position HireWing as the ideal solution Book discovery/demo calls and hand off qualified leads to senior sales or leadership Collaborate on outbound strategies, campaigns, and messaging Required Skills: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales of ATS, HRTech, or recruitment services Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo Ability to write compelling outreach emails and LinkedIn messages Comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal supervision Strong communication and presentation skills Nice to Have: Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Exposure to the recruitment/staffing domain
