Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, based in Indore. The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows. Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring performance, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role will also involve fostering a positive team culture and driving the successful execution of projects.
