Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. 2 Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. 2 Candidate Sourcing : Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent. 1 Candidate Assessment : Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 1 Employer Branding : Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. 1 Onboarding Coordination : Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. 1 Recruitment Metrics : Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to improve the hiring process. 2 2 Sources Required Qualifications and Skills Experience : Typically requires at least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience. 1 Knowledge of Best Practices : Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. 2 Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive candidate experience and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. 1 Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance the recruitment process. 1
