Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Act as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams to foster Agile best practices and mindset.
Help the team remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth progress.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear prioritization.
Track team performance metrics and progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Promote transparency and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Assist in Agile adoption across the organization and educate teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary to keep projects on track.
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve sprint goals.
Support continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives.
