Conduct initial screenings to filter out unsuitable candidates based on requirements. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
