About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executives

Key Responsibilities

Support the team in managing the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for non-IT roles.
Assist in
sourcing candidates
through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct
initial screenings
and help shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for
interviews and feedback
.
Maintain
recruitment trackers and databases
.
Ensure a smooth and
positive candidate experience
.
Contribute to
onboarding support
and related HR activities.

Requirements

Freshers with
2–4 months of internship experience
in recruitment/HR.
Strong interest in
talent acquisition and recruitment
.
Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment
.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
