Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Utilize various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Proactively headhunt and engage with high-potential candidates for critical roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, guidance on job descriptions, and interview best practices.
  • Stay current with recruiting trends, tools, and legal compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in a full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting role, preferably in retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR software.
