Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  • Create job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.
  • Follow up with potential hires to ensure they are still interested in the position after initial contact.

    Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates over phone calls.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.
