Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
Create job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit for open roles.
Follow up with potential hires to ensure they are still interested in the position after initial contact.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field (freshers welcome).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates over phone calls.
Proficiency in using technology tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.
