Job Description

As a Sr. HR Executive at our company located in Taloja (Navi Mumbai), your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc. - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations You will be responsible for recruitment and HR operations work, including maintaining daily reports and MIS. Immediate joiners are preferred. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.,
