Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with  1 year of experience to start or grow their career in recruitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms Coordinate and schedule interviews Understand hiring requirements from various teams Maintain candidate databases and generate reports Follow up with candidates and hiring managers Support other HR activities as needed

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment process Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, shine, LinkedIn) Quick learner and a team player Strong organisational and time management skills

Qualification:
Any Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR is a plus)
