Executive / Senior Executive - People & Culture-

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

● Source & attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

● Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding

● Conduct employee engagement activities and keep a pulse on engagement levels of employees.

● Partner with the People & Culture Team and managers for smooth execution of HR processes and policies.

● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in people management and talent acquisition.

Key Requirements:

● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

● Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
