Position Overview

The Strategy and Implementation Lead will serve as a thought partner to the Chairperson and act as a cross-functional execution lead across the school’s operational, academic, and cultural pillars. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about holistic education. You will work across departments, bringing cohesion, accountability, and innovation as the school continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations & Leadership Coordination

  • ● Act as the liaison between the Chairperson, Principal, staff, and select external stakeholders.
  • ● Facilitate weekly leadership meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • ● Track high-priority school initiatives and monitor progress toward annual goals.
  • ● Ensure alignment and smooth communication across academics, operations, marketing,
  • and admissions.
  • 2. Academic Oversight & Teacher Support

  • ● Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
  • ● Collaborate with the Principal to design teacher development initiatives, workshops, and peer-learning structures.
  • ● Monitor XSEED curriculum implementation, pacing, learning outcomes, and academic policy adherence.
  • ● Support teachers with academic planning, assessment coordination, and classroom management concerns.
  • 3. Communication, Marketing & Branding

  • ● Work with the marketing team to conceptualise campaigns reflecting the school’s vision and milestones.
  • ● Oversee content strategy for Vivitsa’s social media and digital presence.
  • ● Provide creative and strategic direction during marketing discussions to enhance
  • outreach and engagement.
  • ● Coordinate school-wide communication protocols and ensure brand consistency across
  • platforms.
  • 4. Parent Engagement & Community Feedback

  • ● Co-create an annual parent engagement calendar aligned with experiential learning values.
  • ● Design and manage feedback tools such as surveys and review forms.
  • ● Coordinate with teachers and class representatives to streamline communication with
  • families.
  • ● Address escalations and ensure timely, transparent communication on academic or
  • behavioural matters.
  • 5. Event Planning & Execution

  • ● Provide strategic oversight for major school events including Annual Day, Sports Day, exhibitions, and celebrations.
  • ● Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure events reflect the school’s ethos and offer meaningful student experiences.
  • ● Support logistics, practices, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • 6. Classroom, Student & School Operations Support

  • ● Oversee attendance tracking, behavioural interventions, and student progress documentation.
  • ● Support teachers with extra class scheduling, parent communication, and academic interventions.
  • ● Ensure classroom organisation, resource readiness, and adherence to school routines.
  • ● Monitor procurement, vendor coordination, and operational requirements in collaboration
  • with the admin team.
  • 7. Technology & Data Management

  • ● Manage student data systems, ERP updates, and digital documentation.
  • ● Oversee parent communication via email, WhatsApp, ERP, and circulars.
  • ● Coordinate printing, IT support needs, and digital communication guidelines.
  • 8. Culture Building & Staff Morale

  • ● Build initiatives to strengthen staff motivation, recognition, and collaboration.
  • ● Ensure transparent internal communication through newsletters, meeting recaps, and
  • regular updates.
  • ● Mediate staff concerns and promote a positive, professional working environment.
  • 9. Partnerships & Professional Development

  • ● Identify opportunities for collaboration with like-minded schools, educators, and organisations.
  • ● Recommend relevant workshops, conferences, and courses for institutional and staff development.
  • ● Coordinate teacher observations, mid-year reviews, and the yearly professional development calendar.
