SBAPL_HRBP -Sales Business Partnering 1.Act as strategic partner with the business stake holders to achieve business goals 2.Work closely with HR head to design HR strategy as per identified business goals.Design, implement and support various HR programs, processes, policies and partner with managers to meet business goals. 3.Act as an interface between the head of HR and the business while leading all change management for the business on HR front 4.Provide guidance and direction on people issues to Business Line Leaders, establishing action plans which focus on opportunities to deliver solutions that add value and mitigate risk. 5.Conduct Focus groups and address the employee issues. Promote HR systems and act as an ambassador for company while targeting higher talent retention 6.Drive Attrition discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets. B.Budgeting 1. Support in Preparation of annual HR Budget +Manpower + Operational . 2. Keeping Track of actual expernses and reporting variances on quartely basis for corrective action 3. Work Closely with all Heads to finalise staffing requirement of the business C.Employee Life Cycle Management/Query Handling 1. To plan and execute onboarding and induction activties for all new joinees 2. To run confirmation action as per of employee life cycles 3. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 4.Provide end to end HR support, including organizational development, employee relations, talent management, performance management, development, employee engagement, and success planning activities. 5. Run annual PMGM process as per the corporate guidelines 6.Monitor exit interviews, analyse the trend and design people plan 7.Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. 8.Deal with complex sensitive day to day people management issues D.Employee Engagement and Connect 1.Facilitate Employee Engagement Processes across locations 2.Facilitate and drive leadership connect through 1-on-1 , 1 to many connects 3.Administer and manage the quarterly Rewards & Recognition program in the unit. E.Others l. Responsible for updating Org chart on regular basis (offline + SF. 2. Creating and updating JDs for all roles. 3.Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview. 4.Provide solutions for business on HR administrative tasks 5.Identify areas of improvement across HR fraternity and recommend sustainable solutions 6. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. F.HRIS /Record Keeping 1. Ensure Data Maintenance of all new joinees on SF and Documents filling. 2. Ensure that all employee records are updated on real time basisPrincipal Accountabilities
