SAP MM Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP MM stream across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Drive integration and process alignment between
SAP MM and Ariba (Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Lifecycle)
. - Manage
end-to-end project delivery
, including planning, requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment. - Lead
S/4HANA migrations
(greenfield or brownfield), ensuring smooth cutover and business continuity. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Provide expertise on
S/4HANA Cloud-specific functionalities
, Fiori apps, and innovations in MM. - Ensure master data quality, proper documentation, and process compliance.
- Manage and mentor a small team of consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP, etc.).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend digital enhancements in procurement.
Required Skills & Experience:
8-12 years
of experience in SAP MM, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations
.- Strong hands-on experience in
SAP MM configuration
, procure-to-pay (P2P)
, inventory management
, procurement contracts
, release strategies
, and invoice verification
. - Experience with
SAP Ariba
(integration or functional knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management). - Minimum

from ECC to S/4HANA. - Deep understanding of
business processes
and ability to challenge the status quo to bring digital transformation. - Exposure to

scenarios is an advantage. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to
take ownership

- BE/BTech in CS or IT .
