Synechron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and technical best practices. You will lead development efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement end-to-end Salesforce platforms that drive operational efficiency and enhance user experience. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our digital transformation initiatives, ensuring robust, maintainable, and innovative solutions within a fast-paced environment.Software Requirements

- Salesforce Development Environment (VS Code, SFDX, Salesforce CLI) – intermediate to advanced proficiency
- Version Control: Git, Bitbucket – experience with branching, merging, and code management
- Development Tools: Salesforce Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components (LWC) frameworks
- Programming Languages: Apex, JavaScript – strong coding skills essential
- Salesforce Configuration Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Email Templates
- Data Query Languages: SOQL and SOSL
- Mobile and Experience Cloud setups and configurations – foundational knowledge
- Industry-standard tools: JIRA, Confluence – usage for project management and documentation
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Lightning Web Components Developer, Service & Sales Cloud certifications)
- Additional tools: AutoRabbit, MuleSoft, Einstein Analytics, GitHub, DevOps pipelines
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions in accordance with business requirements.
- Design scalable, extensible, and reusable Lightning web components and Apex classes that meet performance, security, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Data teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation, including test-driven development (TDD).
- Mentor and guide team members on development standards, code reviews, and technical innovations.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce security and data sharing models, including permissions, sharing rules, and access controls.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, respecting platform governing limits.
- Support deployment activities using version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment focused on sustainable and innovative solutions.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Domain expertise in Financial Services, particularly in Investment Banking and Global Markets (Equities and Fixed Income), is preferred.
- Industry experience in the Financial Services sector is strongly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Communities setup and configuration is advantageous.
- Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or AutoRabbit, and analytics tools such as Einstein, would be beneficial.
- Prior experience working in an Agile environment and practicing TDD.

- Develop, review, and optimize Salesforce applications, components, and automation processes.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and test cases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Lightning Web Components Developer, and Cloud certifications relevant to the role.
- Hands-on training or continuous learning in Salesforce development practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
