Salesforce CPQ Developer

Summary

6+ years of Salesforce experience

Responsibilities

Deliver
end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations
: discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Configure CPQ components:
Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Bundles/Options, Quote Templates, Approvals, Guided Selling
.
Support and enhance
core Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, platform customizations)
beyond CPQ.
Build automation using
Flows, validation rules, Apex/LWC (as needed)
.
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, IT) to optimize
quote-to-cash
processes.
Troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.
Create clear documentation and provide user training.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

6+ years total Salesforce experience
.
3+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience
.
3+ years Salesforce experience outside CPQ
.
Strong understanding of
quote-to-cash lifecycle
.
Solid Salesforce configuration/customization skills (
Flows, security, data model, automation
).
Proven ability to handle complex pricing, quoting, and product modeling.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
.

Nice-to-Have

Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
.
Other Salesforce certs (Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud).
Integration experience with ERP/Billing/CLM tools.
