Company Description

Salesforce CPQ Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs.
Implement pricing, discounting, product bundling, and approval workflows within Salesforce CPQ.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages where required.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, billing, or payment platforms).
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and APIs.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Salesforce CPQ configurations.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
with a focus on
Salesforce CPQ
.
Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration: Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, and Approval Processes.
Experience with
Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs
.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP, CRM, or billing systems.
Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of CPQ solutions.
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification (preferred).
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (preferred).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to subscription-based pricing and revenue recognition workflows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce Billing or Revenue Cloud.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
